  1. 250 gmsMoong dal
  2. 1 smallCapsicum chopped
  3. 2 smallTomato finely chopped
  4. 1 smallCarrot finely chopped
  5. 2 small Onion finely chopped
  6. 2 tspCoriander leaves chopped
  7. 1 Green chilli
  8. 1 pcGinger chopped
  9. 2 -3 pcPaneer
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspChaat masala powder
  12. 4 piecesBread

  15. 1 cupGrated coconut

    Wash and soaked moong dal in water for 1/2 an hour. After soaking grind moong dal, ginger, green chilli and make a fine paste. Add 1tsp salt into moong dal batter.

    Mix chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot, paneer and coriander leaves in a bowl to make mixture.

    Cut the bread round in shape with the help of glass or katori. Heat a nonstick pan over a low flame.

    Dip bread in a moong dal batter and flatten it on heated pan.Spread the vegetable mixture on top of the bread and pour some oil on it.

    Cook it on low flame. Turn it to cook the other side. Grease it with oil on the corner. Cook till it's scrispy. Off the flame.

    Sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney.
