  2. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1 tbsprawa
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 cupmaida/ all purpose flour
  6. 1/8 tspbaking powder
  7. as neededVanilla essence

  9. as neededBlue colour gel

    Churn ghee and powdered sugar till smooth and creamy texture

    Add maida, baking powder, vanilla essence, salt and blue colour gel, mix thoroughly Knead a soft dough with your palm, don't over Knead,

    Pre heat cooker for 5 mints on high flame, now make small balls of the dough, press in center with your thumb, and bake it for 15-20 mints on low flame

    After cookie cools down, melt chocolate, using double boil technique, add add some more gel colour and pour in the center of the cookies, let set and enjoy
