Steps

Heat butter or ghee in a pan

Grind onion, cashew, ginger, garlic and jeera to fine paste and if required add water.

Now add this paste to the heated butter.

Roast till the butter oozes out from the mixture.

Now add chopped methi leaves, boiled peas, salt, sugar to taste and fresh cream.

Let it simmer in low flame for five to six minutes.
- 7
Add pinch of garam masala and cover it for five minutes.
