  2. 1 CupMultigrain flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2 tbspGhee
  5. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach properly

    Puree the spinach

  3. 3

    In a bowl add flouR

  4. 4

    Then salt and puree of spinach

  5. 5

    Start mixing the dough

  6. 6

    No need of water..

  7. 7

    If need take 2+3 tbsp water

  8. 8

    Add ghee and knead the dough ffor more 2+3 minutes

  9. 9

    Keep the dough for resr of 10-15 minutes

  10. 10

    Nake roti of this dough
