Macaroni salad

When you have onions and celery growing out of your ears toss them into a salad dish!

Great add ins: bacon bits, peas, peppers

Can use elbow macaroni, or medium shells whatever you have on hand. Very easy but very tasty.

A must have at every summer bbq:-)

We all like macaroni salad and there are many seasoning and flavors. You can choose and make your favorite taste. Putting more eggs makes the taste milder and a little bit soy sauce gives a nice flavor. Try and enjoy your taste!

My mom used to make this as a side dish for pot lucks and family meals. The condensed milk gives it a creamy texture. I used rice vinger to give just a hint of flavor without being overpowering. It does require overnight refrigeration so that the milk gets creamy. Otherwise, it's too watery. #GlobalApron condensed milk week 1

Old fashioned . . .This is the same macaroni salad that my Mom made. She was born in 1916. This recipe is that old.

My mom and her mom made the best Mac salad I ever had. Their secret ingredient was a can or 2 of tiny shrimp. 😀

My mother in law introduced me to this salad. The large amount of pickles and eggs is what makes this salad so good.Be sure to make plenty of dressing. Error on the side of making this salad a bit too wet. As it sits, this salad will absorb a lot of the dressing, making it dry if you do not use enough.

Every occassions, bithdays, anniversary, fiesta, my family like to prepare some dessert for visitors. And when i miss the taste of it. I make one for home.
