Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1 spoonunsalted butter
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1punch of cinnamon powder
  7. 1/2 cupLukewarm water
  8. as neededOil for frying
  9. 1/4 tsppowdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

    First in a big bowl take rice powder,powdered sugar,salt,baking powder and butter.Mix all ingredients well.

    Now add little Lukewarm water and make soft dough and cover it.Keep this aside for about 2-3 hour.

    Now in a palm apply some oil and take small portion of dough and roll it and make small size ball shape. Repeat this process with remaining dough.

    In a pan take oil,when oil is getting hot. Add balls in this and fry these balls on medium flame until they becomes light golden brown in colour.

    Now take powdered sugar in plate,add a pinch of cinnamon in this mix well. Now roll fried mochi dounuts in this. Korean mochi balls are ready to serve. Enjoy hot with tea.
