  4. 2 tbspCumin seeds
  5. 3Red chillies
  6. 3Cardamoms
  7. 2cloves
  8. 1Cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the paneer onion and tomato. Roast the spices and let it cool. Grind the spices with 1 onion ginger and garlic.

    Deep fry the paneer and keep aside. Heat the cooker add oil cumin seeds then add onion then add tomato.

    Add spices and cook till oil separates. Add water, bring it a boil then add paneer and close the lid. Cook for 10 mins on first high then on low flame. Serve with hot paratha.
