Ingredients

  1. 4 cupswhite rice
  2. 2 tablespoonsyeast
  3. 2 cupswarm cooked rice
  4. 2 tablespoonssalt
  5. 3 tablespoonssugar
  6. HalfTeaspoon baking powder
  7. Chopped Onions

Cooking Instructions

    Wash white rice and soak for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Drain the soaked rice and add in the warm cooked rice to it

  3. 3

    Add in the yeast and mix

  4. 4

    Grind till fine paste, adding water at intervals

  5. 5

    Now add in the chopped onions, salt, sugar and baking powder and mix.

  6. 6

    Leave to rise, then fry. I served mine kuli kuli, maggi and groundnut oil. Masa can be taken with any soup of ur choice, drink or tea
