Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Soak soy beans overnight

  2. 2

    Grind till fine paste

  3. 3

    Sieve the paste and throw away the chaff

  4. 4

    Now put on fire and leave to boil, add in your lime juice at intervals till the water is clear. Add in salt and mix

  5. 5

    Sieve and leave to drain. Then cut as you desire and fry.

  6. 6

    Wash and Cut all ur veggies, put them in a pan, add maggi, salt, curry, and a little water. Leave to cook on low heat till soft and Serve with your fried tofu (awara). Enjoy!
