Grandma's Quick Black Beans
As part of the #demuertosareyes challenge, I've decided to preserve some of my mom's recipes for posterity. Every family has its own way of preparing beans; this is how she taught me to cook black beans, as she seasons other types differently. They're delicious freshly cooked with chopped onion, cilantro, and chili. Plus, they're very nutritious. #healthy #DASH

Easy and Delicious Macaroni Au Gratin
Dishes prepared au gratin are usually served in restaurants, but I wanted to make my own. I tried to come up with a quick and easy recipe that uses common ingredients you'd have in your fridge.Since you cook the macaroni in the milk, you don't need to cook it in advance. The key is to brown the cheese to look delicious using the oven or a oven. The baking time depends on your taste and how hot your oven gets.Sprinkling parsley if you like will add a nice color to the dish. Recipe by Nauchan

Indian style fish curry #anti inflammation# 黑线鳕咖喱
I bought some wild caught haddock fillets and stored them in my freezer for quite a while. It was because I haven't figured it out how to cook such flavorless previous frozen fish until today I made garlic naans and all of a sudden I thought of an idea to cook this long forgotten fish in the back of my freezer-- fish curry. And of course it was a great hit for dinner.
