Ingredients

  1. 1 kgBeef boti boneless
  2. 3 tbspTandoori Masala
  3. 1.5 tbspGinger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspKhachri powder
  5. pinchOrange colour
  6. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  7. 2 tbspLemon juice
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1Egg
  11. 1 tbspMaida
  12. 2 tbspCornflour
  13. Water as required
  14. Oil as required
  15. 1 tspBlack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate beef with ginger garlic paste and Kachri powder.

    Leave it for about 2 hours.

    Now add shan tandoori masala, soya sauce, black pepper powder, orange colour, Lemon juice, red chilli powder.

    Now marinate this.

    Now in a pan add water and beef boti and cooked until it's done.

  6. 6

    Dries out completely. And put them in sticks.

  7. 7

    Now for batter add maida, cornflour,salt, black pepper and water and make a nice thick better.

    Now dip this sticks and Deep fry them.

  9. 9

    Serve with Imli chutni or fries.
