This is my daughter's favorite french toast. Getting it ready before going to bed is a bit of a pain, but I thought, "There has to be an easy way to do it!" So I came up with this recipe.I usually let it soak for 2~3 minutes, but if you let it soak just enough, it will be nice and fluffy when you fry it up.
