Gajaron se na sirf hum salan banatay hain bal ke iski tarkari bhujiya meetha aur juice b banate hain. ye har tarha se sehat ke liye faidamand sabit hoti hai.aaj mein ne gajar ka halwa ap se share kiya hai umeed hai apko pasand eye ga.

Gajaron ko cheal ke iski upar ki skin alag krden

Phir isay wash kar ke hawa me khusk kar lein
- 3
Phir isko chopper me ya kadukash ki madad se lacchay daar piece me tabdeel kar lein.

Phir isko ik pateelay me dal kar medium anch par rakh dein

Thori dair me gajaren apna pani release karna shuru krdengi

Jab pani dry hojaye to is me sugar add krden aur kuch dair pakayen.

Jab sugar melt ho jaye to usme ghee add karen aur bhunain

Phir isme khoya aur elaichi powder add kar dein

Badam pistay add karden

Kismish akhrot aur kaju add krden

Phir last me kehrha essence add kar dein.

Pissa hoa khopra add karden

Garnish ke liye khoye ko ball shape deden

Phir isay arrange karen.

Ye hamari final dish gajar ka halwa ready hai.

Garma garamhalwa serve karen.
