Boil the milk on medium flame and
Keep stirring continuously so that the milk does not stick to the pan.

Then add sugar and dry fruits and mix well.

Then take room temp 1/3 milk add the custard powder and pineapple essence in the milk and mix well.
See to it that no lumps are formed.

Once the milk is boiled, then add the custard mix and keep stirring continuously.
Mix well together and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins.

Now allow it to cool.

Then add pineapple pieces.
Mix it well and keep it in the fridge.

Serve cold and Garnish with dry fruits,jelly and pineapple.😊
