Boil all the veg with quarter cup water and a pinch of salt.

Take a sufuria, put oil in it. When oil is heated, lower the heat and add in mustard seeds,immediately add in the onion. Fry the onions until pink

Add in tomato paste, royco, and the spices, add in half cup water and mix. Let this cook for a minute.

When the oil shows up on the surface of the mix, add in the boiled veg with its water. Mix and cover. Let this cook for 3 minutes after which u taste salt and add accordingly to taste

Mix and add one cup water and let it cook for 2 minutes more without covering. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
