Chef Marcy's Tofu Curry
A vegan version of the traditional curry dish.
Cooking Instructions

Deep fry tofu for 5 mins on each side, set aside
- 2
Stir fry bell peppers, carrots and potatoes until soft
- 3
Add coconut milk, simmer for 2 mins
- 4
Add curry powder, simmer for 2 mins
- 5
Place fried tofu on serving dish, pour vegetables and curry mix on top of tofu, serve
