Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken (Air-Fryer Edition) Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken (Air-Fryer Edition)
Taiwanese popcorn chicken (鹽酥雞) is a popular Taiwanese street food made of bite-sized pieces of marinated chicken, deep-fried until crispy, and often tossed with basil leaves, cayenne pepper, and white pepper. You can make this in the air-fryer and while it's not exactly the same as the deep fried version, it still comes out crispy, juicy, and full of flavor without the extra oil and mess! jc.eeats -
