Ingredients

  1. 1big potato
  2. 1/2 gramflour
  3. 2 Tbsgrounded rice
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1.5 tspred chilli powder
  6. Water for making paste
  7. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel off the potato and cut thin slices.

    Make a paste of gram flour with salt, chilli powder and rice powder.

    Make the oil hot. Dip the thin slices of potato in paste and deep fry them.

  4. 4

    Crispy tasty pakoras are ready to eat. Serve with ketchup.
