Simple Sandwich Bread Simple Sandwich Bread
I wanted to make a bread for my daughter to have at breakfast. If you half the amount of water and use milk instead, it'll turn out to be even more delicious. If you don't like shaping dough, make them into spheres (Look at Step 6) and you can just put them in the baking tray as is and bake them straight away. 100% Rice Flour Sandwich Bread (Brown Sugar) with the Bread Maker 100% Rice Flour Sandwich Bread (Brown Sugar) with the Bread Maker
My youngest son said he wanted to eat brown sugar bread! It might seem like there's a lot of brown sugar, but with just 50 g, I thought the flavor wasn't so nice, and it wasn't sweet enough. If you cut it soon after baking, you won't get a very clean cut. Allow to cool on a rack on top of a newspaper, etc., and cover with a paper bag to keep it from drying out. Please cut it after it's cooled. Recipe by Toshihaya cookpad.japan -

I was wondering if I could make a character out of a bread roll. The parts won't come off easily if you use mayonnaise to stick them on!I think you can avoid squashing the bread if you heat the knife over a flame before cutting. Recipe by Mai*Mai cookpad.japan -
Caramel Rusks * With Sandwich Bread Caramel Rusks * With Sandwich Bread
It's delicious to eat the crusts from the sandwiches as is, but I wanted to make them caramel flavoured, which my kids love, so I created this recipe. If you think there is not enough caramel sauce, you can add more sugar and butter for your desired amount.I used 3 tablespoons of sugar and 15 g of butter for my family, but this is for my kids so I recommend 6 tablespoons of sugar and 30 g of butter. If you use water instead of milk, the taste will be light. If you use nondairy creamer instead of milk, the taste will be rich. Recipe by *jUN* cookpad.japan -
