something new to try

I love salsa, but for school I had to pick a region in the U.S. My region was california with option of mango and pineapple, I am also making crab cakes to go with this, again recipe from my head. I can not use anyone elses recipe, they have to be original!

This is a simple colorful mango salsa it's easy to make . It's sweet spicy and delicious . Serve it with tacos or as salad .

Great with grilled / BBQ meat or fish, or as a side with an Indian dish.

Served with black beans or rice!! A little sweet/a little spicy!! So delicious!!

This was a bit of an experiment; I didn't expect it to work that well, but it was pretty stupid-delicious!
