Ingredients

  1. For ykhni
  2. 1 kgmutton
  3. 1tblspn salt
  4. 2tblspn coriander seeds
  5. 2tblspn funnel seeds
  6. 4-5black pepper
  7. 3-4long cloves
  8. 2cinnamon stick
  9. 1black cardamom
  10. 1small onion slice
  11. 1 inchginger piece
  12. 10-12garlic cloves
  13. For bhagar
  14. 2 sliceonion
  15. 1 tspwhite cumin
  16. 1/2 tspblack cumin
  17. 4-5black pepper
  18. 2-3long
  19. 1cinnemon stick
  20. 1black cardamom
  21. 2bay leaves
  22. 1/4nut meg and mace pwder
  23. 2tblspn ginger garlic paste
  24. 2tblspn yougart
  25. 3 cuprice
  26. 1tblspn salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the meat completly

    Take pressure cooker add mutton.salt black pepper.long cinemon stick. Black cardamom Coriander seeds.funnel seeds onion ginger and water

    Give pressure for 25 mintes to make mutton softer.

    Stain yakni and mutton

    Take a large pan heat oil.

    Add white and black cumin. Black pepper.cinnemon stick long black pepper. Bay leaves and slice onion

    Fry onions till that become golden

    Add ginger garlic paste and mutton bhunify well

    Then add yougart bhunify again.

    Then add yakhni according to rice

    Soaked rice for 20 mintes

    Add salt in yakhni and boil it then add rice

    Let it cook and add nut meg and mace powder

    Keep it on simmer 10 to 12 mintes

    Dish out and serve with riata and salad.if with shami kbab is best combo 😊
