Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, milk powder, egg, butter, yeast. Knead with lukewarm water to make soft dough.

  2. 2

Keep dough at warm place for about 2-2 1/2 hours to rise well.

  3. 3

In a pan add butter, melt it then add chopped onion and saute until translucent.

  4. 4

Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute. Add chicken, salt, red crushed chilli and black pepper, mix well.

  5. 5

After 5 minutes add flour and cook well. Flour shouldn't be raw.

  6. 6

Add milk, mix continuously so that flour couldn't get clumpy.

  7. 7

Cook until batter gets thickened. Keep aside to make cool.

  8. 8

Divide dough in three portions. Roll out longitudinally. Make cut on both sides of rolled dough with the help of knife or pizza cutter, leaving central part untouched.

  9. 9

Put chicken batter in the central part of dough. Now fold the strips inside as covering the chicken batter.

  10. 10

Folding should like one strip from right side and second from left side will be rolled in and so on.

  11. 11

Apply egg wash on the whole bread.

  12. 12

Sprinkle sesame seeds and nigella seeds on the top.

  13. 13

Bake at 170°C for about 35 minutes or adjust according to your oven or stove.

  14. 14

When bread is ready then brush with melted butter. Enjoy
