Make a dough by adding water sugar and yeast keep aside for 5 mins,add flour,milk powder,salt and egg mix well.Now keep on adding milk to make a soft dough.Add oil and cover it for 30 mins to rise the flour

Now take a pan add butter now add onions saute,then add 2 tsp flour to it mix well add milk to it saute till it becomes thick.

Now add garam masala,black pepper and salt to it,now add the boiled chicken (chicken,salt and ginger garlic paste) shred the chicken add to the masala.

Add green chillies and coriander to it..Mix well.

Now take the dough.Dust some flour and make a portion and with the roller spread one portion as shown in the picture.

Add cooked masala to it.Cut from both sides to give shape.Grease the pan with oil..Brush up with some egg

After brushing up the egg,sprinkle some kalongi or sesame seeds,preheat oven on 250 degree and keep it for 12 to 15 mins.

You can also shape in stuffed buns..

Even buns are super soft..Can do any filling of your choice.
