گھی گرم کر کے اس میں سوجی بھون کے سنہری کر لیں۔اس کے بعد چینی ڈالیں اور 5 منٹ بعد 1 کپ دودھ ڈال کے پکا کے دودھ خشک کر لیں۔پھر انڈے،زعفران ایسنس،کنڈینسنڈ ملک،اور الائچی پاوڈر ڈالیں اور پکا لیں۔جب حلوہ کنارے چھوڑ دے تو اتار کے پستہ بادام سے سجا کے پیش کریں۔
