Ingredients

  1. 500 gmschicken
  2. 1 cupoil
  3. 1 tbspginger paste
  4. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  5. 1onion large
  6. 4tomatoes medium
  7. 3-4black peppercorns
  8. 3-4green cardamom
  9. 2-3cloves
  10. 1/2 cupyogurt
  11. 1/4 cupmilk
  12. 2 tbspcream
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  15. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  16. Water as required
  17. Fresh mint for garnish
  18. 3-4green chillies for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pot. Add all whole garam masala. Grind chopped onion, and add the paste into the pot. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 mins.

    Grind the tomatoes to a paste. Add to pot. Add all spices and fry for 5 mins.

    Add yogurt, and chicken. Mix well and cook at medium flame. Add water if required.

    When chicken starts to cook, add milk. Mix well, and let cook for 5 mins until gravy forms.

    When oil separates, add cream and mix well. Combine the oil back into the gravy.

  6. 6

    Garnish with mint and slit green chillies. Serve with nan. Enjoy!
