Qeema main oil, ginger garlic paste, onion paste aur tomato aur sub dry ingredients dal ky slow heat Py Pak lein aur achay sy bhoon lein.

Karaly Ka chilka uttar lein aur salt laga ky Rakh dein phir haath sy Achi tara iss Ko masal ky Pani nikal lein aur dry Kar lein. Onion ki chopped Kar lein.

Oil main Karaly ko fry Kar lein. Jab Karaly fry ho Jaye Tu onion Dal ky fry Kar lein.

Green chilli add kary aur Garam Masala sprinkle Kar dein.

Serve with roti or naan.
