Cafe Au Lait Bread

I like coffee.
Kneading in chocolate chips instead of a chocolate bar is also delicious.
You can leave out the chocolate, and just enjoy the cafe au lait flavored dough on its own. Recipe by Panko625

This is my spin on 'Milky Hearth Bread.' The is great with a cup of coffee. If the caramels are small, then add more. They will melt nicely if you cut them up small.Cut deep slits into the loaf (to the point where you just barely avoid cutting all the way through).Check the shape of the loaf from the center, and reshape it from the sides if necessary. Cafe Au Lait Coffee Flavored Mushipan (Steamed Bread) Cafe Au Lait Coffee Flavored Mushipan (Steamed Bread)
Don't you sometimes just want to eat a grown-up flavored steamed bread? I was always thinking about making something like that, but didn't quite go through with it. With this combination of ingredients you can enjoy them with your children too. If you love coffee, you can add more to make it even more bitter. This is a simple and basic recipe, so please add your own variations and have fun.I added richness by using light brown sugar. Just like plain steamed bread, make sure not up over mix it, be sure to use a cloth, and please steam at a high heat. Please make sure to dissolve the coffee well. The size of each steamer varies from store to store, so place that in a pot, civet with a plate, and you should be good to go.(Recipe by Shirufi-) cookpad.japan -

I was thinking of a nice chilled dessert, and came up with the idea of using tapioca. Ordinary iced cafe au lait is transformed into a little dessert! There are many ways to rehydrate tapioca, but it's summer and I didn't want to stand over a hot stove, so I tried putting them in an electric hot water pot a thermal keep-warm function. The ratio of iced coffee to milk is 1:1. If you make the coffee strong, you'll end up with a nice cafe au lait which won't be overwhelmed by the milk. Recipe by drip coffee cookpad.japan
