Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1 tbspoil for kneading
  4. as neededWater
  5. 1 cupoil for cooking

    First of all strain the flour. Add salt and mix it.

    Add oil and Gradually add water and knead it until become a smooth dough.

    Now rest it for 8-10 minutes.

    Now made small balls (peda). Now make roti either with rolling pin or with hand.

  5. 5

    Put tawa on fire and let it heat. Spread oil and now put the roti on tawa and let it for few minutes then turn it. Cook it properly from both sides.

    Transfer to plate. Yummy 😋 karara Paratha is ready serve with egg and malai 😋.
