Crispy Cheese & Chicken Tender Cutlets Crispy Cheese & Chicken Tender Cutlets
I saw this in the ready-to-eat section of my supermarket and decided to try my hand at making them!As for the simple 2-step batter that I mentioned, it's really easy to make, but there is a good chance that you will have some left over. If you do, try coating whatever veggies that you have in your house with it and frying them. Recipe by Hokkori-no cookpad.japan -
Ham Cutlets with Cheese Ham Cutlets with Cheese
I happened to have 4 slices of ham left and I figured out this recipe to use them up.They are thin so they're easy to put in the lunch box but are quite substantial.Seal the edges tightly so as not to let the cheese seep out while shallow-frying.You don't need to cook it through that thoroughly because all the ingredients can be eaten as they are. Fry quickly until golden crispy over a high heat. You don't need worry about the lumps in the egg mixture. No pressure at all. For 2 servings. Recipe by Makuma- cookpad.japan -
Easy Melty Cheese Pork Cutlets (Tonkatsu) Easy Melty Cheese Pork Cutlets (Tonkatsu)
Shiso leaves and cheese go so well together!I was rather bored with regular tonkatsu...Ginger pork doesn't need to have its sinews cut, so it's easy to handle!I used shiso leaves here, but these cutlets are delicious with kimchi too. For 4 servings. Recipe by azzlin9 cookpad.japan -
Baked Milanese-Style Crispy Cutlets Baked Milanese-Style Crispy Cutlets
Authentic cutlets usually involve frying beef or pork, but I wanted something healthy and delicious, so I decided to bake mine in the oven instead.I often use this method for the pork cutlets as well in our family. It's great because you can make a side dish while baking the meat, and this method cuts down on calories a lot.Pound on the chicken (beef or pork), and make it really thin.It makes the cutlets crispy and light. These cutlets are also quite tasty with tomato sauce or Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce.
