  • 2.5 lbsGround Turkey
  • 1Onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cupSun dried Tomatoes
  • 4 ozSpinach (chopped frozen)
  • 1/2 cupFeta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tspItalian seasoning
  • 1 tspGarlic (minced)
  • 2/3 cupBreadcrumbs
  • 2Eggs (large)
  • 2 tspBlack Pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Thaw Spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form burger patties.

  2. 2

    Cook on a kitchen grill until a temperature of at least 165 °F. Approximately 8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments. Or try it on a bun using only Tzatziki.
