  1. 10lasagna sheets
  2. 2 cupcheese
  3. 1/2 kgkeema
  4. 2shimla mirch
  5. 1chinese gajar
  6. 1/2 cupband gobhi
  7. 3 tbsgreen onion
  8. 3tomatoes
  9. 1big onion
  10. to taste salt
  11. 3 tbsmaida
  12. 4 tbsbutter
  13. to taste black pepper
  14. 2 tbsoregano leaves
  15. 1 tbsmixed herbs
  16. 2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    First boil lasagna sheets with 1 tbs salt and 1 tbs oil. and set a side

    Now take a pan and add mince with 2 cup water. add salt, black pepper, 1 1/2 tbs oregano,1 tbs mixed herb, tomatoes, onion. cook mince until mince tender. now add shimla, gajar and band gobhi.

    Now in a pan add butter, maida, salt, oregano, pepper keep frying. now add milk and make a sauce.

    Cut cheese into small piece.I use 2 types of cheese.

    Now take baking pan. add first keema then 5 lasagna sheets then sauce the cheese.

    In the end add cheese and garnish with vegetables. put it in pre heated oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes. now your delicious lasagna is ready to eat 😋
