Pickled Tuna, Cucumber, and Wakame Seaweed with Lemon Juice

We eat tuna pickled with vinegar at my house! It's a good match with cucumber, wakame seaweed, or lettuce.
I used lemon juice instead of vinegar The vinegar is not overpowering and it's mild. I recommend it.

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1Canned tuna
  2. 1Cucumber
  3. 50 gramsafter soaking Wakame seaweed (or lettuce)
  4. Seasonings:
  5. 1 1/2 tbspLemon juice
  6. 1 1/2 tbspSugar
  7. 1/3 tspSalt
  8. 1 dashDashi stock granules

Cooking Instructions

    Drain the canned tuna.

    Thinly slice the cucumber, lightly rub with salt, wash off the excess salt, and squeeze out the water.

    Cut the wakame seaweed into small pieces. (if using lettuce, cut into small pieces).

    Mix lemon juice, sugar, salt and dashi stock.

  5. 5

    Put tuna, cucumber, seaweed (lettuce) in a container and mix with seasonings.
