Ingredients

many
  1. 2 kgmutton (qorma cut)
  2. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 1 bowlyogurt
  4. 2 packetqorma masala
  5. To taste salt
  6. 1 tbspred chili powder
  7. 1 bowlfried and crushed onion mixed with half cup of yogurt
  8. 1 bowlalmond (crushed)
  9. Few drops of Kewra essence
  10. For Garnishing
  11. As required Fresh coriander
  12. Almonds

Cooking Instructions

    In a cooker heat oil and saute ginger garlic paste, then add mutton.

    Fry till meat changes it's color.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile add qorma masala, salt and red chili powder in yogurt. Whisk well.

    Add this yogurt mixture in meat. Stir it till oil separates. Add hot water in meat. And give a pressure of 25 minutes.

    On the other hand crush onion and mix it in yogurt.

    When meat tenderize add onion yogurt mixture in qorma and crushed almond.

  7. 7

    Add kewra essence. And cook for 10 to 15 minutes more.

    Garnish with coriander and almonds.

  9. 9

    Serve with naan or sheermal 😋🤤
