Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel and wash turnip and cut into small pieces.in a pressure cooker heat oil fry onions till golden brown then add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.

Add turnip and all dry spices. Cook it for few minutes then add Jaggery.
- 3
Add 1/2 cup of water and pressure it for 5mins then release pressure and mashed it.
- 4
Cook it until oil released and water dry. Garnish it with green coriander and chilies and serve it with rice or roty.
