Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2carrots
  2. 4green chillies (medium)
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 4garlic clove (chopped)
  7. 1 tspzeera
  8. 1 tbspcrushed dhaniya
  9. 1 tsphaldi
  10. 1 tbsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take carrot and chillies and cut Julienne

  2. 2

    Add salt,chilli,haldi,dhaniya,zeera and garlic

  3. 3

    Add oil in it and mix it.

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice in it, then mix well

  5. 5

    Serve with daal chawal and many other dishes
