Superb Salsa

Tomatoes are cheap these days so I thought of making some salsa for condiment/dips. I browsed some recipes but ended up creating my own because I lacked some ingredients required. This one is mildly sour and sweet, and suitable for kids. You can add chili if you want your salsa to have some kick. #FestivalTomat

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel the garlic cloves and onion. Put all * ingredients and garlic in a bowl of water and apple vinegar. Wait for a couple of minutes. Rinse and pat dry. I recommend doing this to remove the grime and dirt. You can always wash them according to your preference.
- 2
Dice * ingredients. Mash the garlic and slice or grate into fine pieces. Combine all ingredients in a big bowl, stir continuously for a minute or so until they are all mixed evenly.
- 3
Pulse them a few times using blender or food processor. Correct the taste if necessary. You can consume it right away. I advise you to leave it overnight in the fridge, it will taste better the following day.

Salsa Salsa
I like to cook with things I already have in the kitchen, this recipe was a spur of the moment kinda thing.Substitute whatever type of peppers you want. This recipe has a good kick, but of course that's all relative.Less spicy: I recommend only using poblano peppers or peppers low on the Scoville scaleTip: if too spicy, simmer it and/or add any type of sugar or citrus (lemon, lime)mjkenn3

Easy Salsa Easy Salsa
I love taco rice with salsa, so I made some at home.If you don't like green peppers, you can omit them. If you use only 1 teaspoon of Tabasco, kids can probably still eat it too.For kids, cut the vegetables very fine so that they can easily eat it. Recipe by Tamutarou cookpad.japan -
Quick Salsa Quick Salsa
I suppose it would be easier to put the tomatoes, bell pepper, etc. to a food processor and pulse for a few seconds. But since I don't have one, I have to do it the old-fashioned way--slice and dice them manually! I call this quick salsa because I just slice and dice vegetables that I found in my fridge. If you only have tomatoes and onions, that would work, too. Angela Mertoyono -

Tropical salsa Tropical salsa
Spicy and sweet salsa. I was going to add shrimp and avocados, but it was too spicy for me. So I left out the shrimp and avocados in this batch. My aunt made a similar recipe, the recipe she made called for mango, cilantro, agave, and lime juice. But I compromised by using a banana, honey, and lemon juice. Just only add, how much jalapeno you can handle and it'll be perfect. Carebear -
