Lemon Butter Scallops

Scallops are my favorite and they really are so easy!!

Ingredients

  1. 8Scallops
  2. 3 TablespoonsButter
  3. 2 ClovesGarlic
  4. 1Juice of Lemon
  5. 2 TeaspoonsParsley
  6. Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Scallops in cold water then pat so they are dry.

  2. 2

    Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Heat tablespoon of Butter on high heat.

  4. 4

    In a sauce pan heat 2 Tablespoons of Butter for the sauce.

  5. 5

    Add garlic to the sauce pan and heat until fragrant.

  6. 6

    Add Scallops to the other pan. Sear for two minutes on each side.

  7. 7

    They should look like this on both sides.

    Add lemon to butter in sauce pan.

  9. 9

    Then add parsley.

  10. 10

    Pour garlic butter over the Scallops and voila! I served this with risotto and asparagus so yummy!
