Cooking Instructions
- 1
Crush your crackers in a tightly sealed bag, it's best to get the crackers as crushed as possible, try not to leave big chunks.
- 2
Mix your salt, garlic and onion powder in with your cracker breading
- 3
Coat your pork chops in the breading.
- 4
Coat your skillet with oil, add pork chops and cook over medium heat. You may need to add a little more oil when you turn the pork chops, to keep them moist.
- 5
Cook roughly 5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!

Truly perfect pork chops - crispy and caramelized on the outside and lovely and tender on the inside. Also, thanks to the addition of miso to the marinade, these are total umami bombs and SO easy to make! onthemenu.blog
