Pork Chop Bistek Pork Chop Bistek
"Bistek" or "Bistec" is a Filipino/Spanish loan word derived from the English "beef steak" and is generally made with beef sirloin marinated in soy sauce and calamansi/lemon juice. This is one well known variation, which is still called "bistek" despite being made with pork chops. Normally the dish includes red onion rings as garnish but I have omitted them as usual. 🇵🇭🐖 蛟龍Stormwyrm
