Ingredients

  1. 1kgMeat (Beef/Mutton/Chicken) boneless
  2. 2-3Onion finely shredded
  3. 2 tbspGinger/Garlic paste
  4. Garnish: Lemon wedges, green coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and fried onions
  5. 250 mlOil/Ghee
  6. 1 PacketSANFAZ Haleem Mix

Cooking Instructions

    Thoroughly wash daal and grains of SANFAZ HALEEM MIX and soak in water for 5-6 hours.

    Fry onions in hot oil/ ghee till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, ginger and small masala packet of SANFAZ HALEEM MIX and fry for 1-2 minutes.

    Then add soaked pulses and meat and 5-6 glass of water and cook on low flame till meat and pulses/grains become tender.

    Now blend in a blender or use a wooden spoon to a fine texture. Sprinkle garnish and simmer.

    Delicious Haleem is ready. Serve hot.
