Cooking Instructions

In a large vessel cook penned pasta with 2 cup of water some salt and oil.

Cook for 10 minutes till they are soft. Now drain the pasta and keep aside.

Boiled tomatos and whole chilli for 5 mint and blend to smooth puree.

In a pan heat butter add garlic,onion and saute it. Add tomato puree and saute for 5 mints.

Also add chilli flakes,black pepper powder,salt,tomato ketchup and mix well.

Add boiled pasta,cover and cook for 5 mints. Mix gently.

Now red sauce pasta is ready.
