Sardiyon ke laddoo - healthy and delicious! I usually make it early in December but winter this time is going very mild, so late but here they are My Nutri-balls, good to go for this season!

Cooking Instructions

Dry roast all the ingredients separately and let them cool. Grind it to get a little chunky powder.

Boil a cup of water, add a tsp ghee and jaggery powder. Mix until jaggery dissolves completely.

Add all the roasted, ground ingredients into the jaggery syrup and mix nicely
- 4
Make small nutritious balls when warm and store it in airtight container when it cools down.

Thus after many failed attempts to give my LO Prunes, I came up with this Sugar free Jam which she loves, but seemed to be no enough ways to get in more. This easy peasy prunes ladoo recipe is yet another heat recipe with my toddler. This is her #favourite snack, She literally will eat all of it daily if given without restrictions. Since it's good in protein AND HELPS MY TODDLER TO GAIN SOME HEALTHY WEIGHT.
