Cooking Instructions

In mixing bowl add all items from momo dough section (don't add water). Slowly add water and make dough same as chapati dough. Keep for rest 20 minutes.

Add little salt in cabbage and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Now squeeze cabbage and mix all veggies and salt and black pepper and black salt

Now take small portion of Dough roll it and put stuffing. Close it however you wish like to close.

In steamer pour water and place plate with holes or channi. Place momos and steam them for about 10-15 minutes. Momos are ready serve with chutney!!! (Sorry, Forgot to capture streaming picture?)
