Cooking Instructions

Cut yam into 1 inch circles, peel and then cut each circle into 1 inch fingers

Wash yam place in cooking pot, pour in water, add sugar and salt to taste boil till 90% done

Drain yam place in a tray to cool a bit
While you prepare flour mixture and egg mixture - 4
For Flour mixture pour flour, Baking powder, 1tbsp Coriander, 1tbsp chili pepper, 1 chicken cube, salt in a bowl and combine properly

Four Egg Mixture break egg, 1/4tbsp coriander and chili pepper, 1 chicken cube and salr into a bowl and wisk till properly combined

Coat all yam pieces in flour mixture first placing them in a tray. Shake off excess flour as you coat

Coat all flour coated yam pieces in egg mixture

Pour oil in deep pot or deep fryer
Heat up on low to medium heat - 9
Deep Fry flour and egg coated yam pieces on low to medium heat till golden brown

Serve with dip sauce, egg sauce or ketchup or any sauce as desired
