Ingredients

10 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 cupvermicelli
  2. 750 mlamul milk
  3. 1/3 cupcondensed milk
  4. strandsFew saffron
  5. as neededSugar
  6. 1/4 Tspgreen cardamom powder
  7. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  8. 2 Tbspchopped cashews, almonds and pistachio
  9. 1 Tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes

    Roast dry fruits and vermicelli. Set aside some dry fruits for garnishment.

    Add condensed milk, saffron strands and allow to boil. Add sugar if required.

  3. 3

    Mix cardamom and nutmeg powder. When a bit cool down, pour the cooked Kheer to serving bowls and garnish with chopped dry fruits before serving.
