Cara Membuat

Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let it sit in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

Make the seasoned flour. Or use premix from the store.

Add seasoned flour to the chicken. Mix well, then fry them well.
Note: If you like a thicker-crispy outer, dip the chicken into wet batter and when frying, try to use more oil. I prefer lightly battered, so I don't use wet batter. - 4
Put fried chicken on paper towel (or drying rack--whichever is available at hand) to get rid of the oil.
Meanwhile on low heat, add oil, gochujang sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, chilli powder and honey. Mix well. - 5
Add in the chicken and mix well. Keep turning it every once in a while for around 3-5 minutes to ensure the sauces are well absorbed. Then put it in bowl/plate and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
