Take 2 tbsp custard powder in a bowl. Add liquid milk and mix well. Make sure that there are no lumps of powder.

Heat 3 cups milk in a heavy based pan over medium flame and bring it to a boil. Stir in between occasionally to prevent sticking. When it comes to a boil add 3tbsp sugar.

Turn of the flame and add milk-custard powder mixture. Mix well and now cook the mixture over low flame until it starts to thicken. Stirring continously to prevent sticking.

Turn of the flame and transfer mixture to a large bowl. Now chill the custard in the refrigerator for at least 1hour.

Chop fruits into small pieces. Now after 1hour, remove the custard from the refrigerator and add fruits.

Mix well and again chill in the refrigerator for 1hour.
Fruit custard is ready for serving.
