A simple twist, asian western fushion.. if you are already bored with the regular mac n cheese.

I wanted to make an easy and nutritious soup that goes well with bread for breakfast or brunch.Adjust the milk and salt depending on the type of canned cream corn you use. I used Italian diced tomatoes instead and next time I'm going to add more broth and noodles. Probably double the recipe too! Other than that; fast, easy, scrumptious and great for a weeknight dinner!!

My friend gave me lentils, so I used them in a soup.There will be some liquid left when it's finished, but in the case that you let it simmer a long time and the macaroni absorbs the extra liquid, I think it would be best to continue heating it and add some water.As for the lentils, there are two types; the type that needs to be soaked in water and the other type that just needs to be rinsed, so read the instructions on the packaging.
