Ingredients

10mins
  1. 10 ozflat iron steak
  2. 1 Headbroccoli (Trimmed)
  3. 2Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  4. 1finger size piece of Ginger (finely chopped)
  5. 1Birds eye Chilli (Finely chopped)
  6. 1 tbspRice Vinegar
  7. 2 tbspTamari
  8. 1 TbspSesame Seeds
  9. 1big handful Spinach leaves
  10. 6Vine Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
  11. 8Basil leaves (finely shredded)
  12. S&P

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blanch Broccoli for 2 mins in boiling salted water. Refresh in iced water & set aside.

    Season steaks & sear in a very hot pan for 2 mins on each side. Remove & set aside.

  3. 3

    Fry Garlic, Ginger & Chilli for a few minutes careful not to burn. Add vinegar & evaporate.

  4. 4

    Slice steak into strips & add back to the pan with all remaining ingredients. Cook for a few minutes till liquor starts to glaze. Taste & serve
