Ingredients

  1. wan ton
  2. 20wrapper
  3. 1 cupground Pork
  4. 1/4salt and white pepper
  5. 3 tbspOf Essence Of Chicken or Stock
  6. 1/2 tbspfinely pounded ginger
  7. honey tau chew sauce
  8. 1 tbsphoney
  9. 2 tbspTau Chew /2 tsp XO Scallop Sauce
  10. 2 tspsesame oil
  11. 1/2 cup of stock
  12. stock option
  13. 3 tbspdried Anchovies
  14. 1dried Scallop
  15. 1 tbspgoji berry
  16. 2dried red dates
  17. 1dried candy dates
  18. 500 mlwater
  19. 1 tbsplightly crush ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mince the pork then add seasoning then fold with Wan ton wrapper, use half and keep half

  2. 2

    Bring stock ingredients into a rice cooker and cook for 20 minutes, put the Wan ton and bring it to a boil for 3 minutes til it’s cook then drain onto a bowl

    In pan with a little sesame oil sauté the Tau Chew with all its seasoning with the stock (balancing flavour of lightly salty and sweet),, adding more or less honey then off heat

    Pan fry the sesame then set aside,

    Serve the Wan ton with honey Tau Chew Sauce and garnish with fresh coriander and sesame seed
